PURPOSE: Why do we collect your data?:

Data collected directly from customers for orders/contracts for purchases/quotes/invoicing: We process the data provided by customers to register them as clients in our system, manage requested quotes, maintain the contractual relationship in the case of contracting any of our services and all related administrative tasks (invoicing, collections, etc.)

Data collected in the contact form: We process the data provided to respond to the query raised.

What personal data do we process?

Identifying data: name, surname, ID number, postal address, email address, phone number, position
Commercial information data.
Economic, financial, and insurance data.
Goods and services transactions.

LEGITIMATION(Legal basis):

CUSTOMER DATA FOR SERVICE CONTRACTS/QUOTES/INVOICING

1.-The legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in maintaining the necessary relationship with customers for the correct provision of the service and communicating incidents or sending commercial information about similar products to those purchased that may be of interest to the customer.

2.- Compliance with the established contract (Art. 6.1.b) between the parties when contracting any of our services or taking pre-contractual measures.

3.– Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) when required.

Obligation or not to provide data and consequences of not doing so: The data requested in the forms and indicated as required are necessary to contact or hire our services. If all the required information cannot be obtained, communication with THE ENTITY cannot be established, nor can client registration be managed or the contracted service provided.

RECIPIENTS: To whom do we disclose the data you provide us?

1.- The Public Administration and its various bodies if required by legal obligation.

2.- Email management and web hosting provider

3- Banks for payment management according to the chosen method

4- Advisory services to comply with the tax and corporate obligations of the entity.

International transfers: Currently, no international data transfers are made outside the EU

RETENTION: How long do we keep your data?

Customer and user data will be kept until the data subject requests cancellation and/or commercial relationships are maintained. Once the relationship ends or cancellation is requested, the data will be kept blocked for the attention of possible legal or administrative requirements until their prescription (minimum 6 years).

RIGHTS: What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

  • Access: The data subject has the right to know what data THE ENTITY is processing about them.
  • Rectification: The data subject has the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: The data subject has the right to request the erasure of their data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Restriction of processing: In certain circumstances, the data subject may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
    Objection: In certain circumstances, the data subject may object to the processing of their data. In that case, THE ENTITY will stop processing their data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
  • Data portability: Only applicable to automated data and consists of transferring the data from THE ENTITY to another new DATA CONTROLLER (not to the data subject and at the request of the data subject).

AUTOMATED DECISIONS

User profiles or automated decision-making are not carried out.

SECURITY MEASURES

The Website is hosted on a secure server and all information provided is transmitted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in the database of our payment gateway provider so that only authorized personnel who must maintain the confidentiality of the information can access it.

We are certified according to the ISO 27001 standard for Information Security Management Systems, complying with all security protocols included in the standard. In addition, THE ENTITY has adopted security measures, both technical and organizational, resulting from the Risk Analysis and Compliance Audit carried out on the GDPR and the LOPDGDD and the type of personal data managed.
